I did discover that my grandad, the irish one, also served with 3 Div, in WW1, small world is it not. He and bullets did not get on, but he survived being shot up. I was shocked to see his pic on the wall of my HQ, it was a photo of his regiment, but there he was very clear to see.
I had a bad a few bad years behind me, had two strokes, a nervous breakdown, both my dogs, a great dane and a XRottie died, was messed about by someone who I thought I had known, for a few years now, but it turned out I did not know that person at all. (well I did from my experience with army wifes in the past (not mine, but others)).
anyway just on here for fun, no romance, once bitten as they say.
I am 56 but often act much younger, silly me...
I think I have sence of humour, I hope so, I like blackadder, the fast show, and most genuinely funny things.
my music ranges from old rock and role (buddy holly) up to most modern including james blunt, but even more modern than him, even some in the charts now.
I still think i can dance lol.
I am not gods gift to women but not tooooo ugly, just look at my profile pic, I think its the ears that they go for.
