How to take a screen shot

- Click on the button called “PrtScr/SysRq” on your keyboard, it should be to the upper right amongst all your keys. (Most of the times next to F12). Nothing will visually happen once you clicked on the button.

- Open your paint program, or whatever other image manipulation program you might have installed.  (Click Start menu > Go to Run > in the box type: mspaint > Click OK. Paint should now open.

- Once the program is open copy the screen you just took into the program. Click CTRL and V at the same time, or go to the Edit menu and click Paste.

- To save your image go to the File menu and click Save as. Preferably for easy finding save your file to your desktop, name it something that you remember so you can locate it afterwards.

- You can now upload the image to various places or you can send it to an admin.
